So I finally got around to buying a presentable camera. It's nothing crazy but it takes care of all of my needs so I'm quite happy. Not only do I look just that much cooler, but it also allows me to capture memories in a split second. THAT'S IMPORTANT. What was also important was the price. I'll be honest, I wanted more that what I could afford so it was either a Camera Wolf stickup, or an Ebay web crawl--I decided to go with Ebay [it's cheaper than buying a gun]. I was lucky enough to snag this bad boy for only 124 so as you can guess I'm pretty excited.
It's not quite a DSLR but it's definitely not a point and shoot, so the manual settings offer up a nice amount of user control. I'm really happy with the purchase but the sole reason I'd ever consider upgrading would be for the manual focus. You know I loves that manual focus. I've had it for about 2 weeks or so, so for your viewing pleasure I'd like to take you around my world one macro shot at a time. Oh, and there's a video. A lady friend and I decided to go to the lake house, aka the man made pond over by the school. She almost died from malaria and west nile but I think we had a good time anyway. ENJOY.
I don't really have anything but for the purpose of whoring myself out, this video and maybe a few others can be found on YOUTUBE and VIMEO. Thanks again. For everything.
